Refund policy

We understand if your new purchase doesn’t work out the way you imagined,so we’ve made the return process easy. Our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of the shipment date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will email you detailed return instructions and a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or paid by the customer.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Damages and issues
All products are guaranteed to be shipped in new condition. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,, it can be return at no cost  if returned within 30 days of the shipment date，restocking free. The product must be in an unused condition. Please contact us provide some info about the damage goods.Offer us some images or a video marking out the problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following conditions cannot be returned or exchanged:
1. Item Not In Original Condition.
2. Product has been painted, welded, installed or attempted to be installed.
3. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.

Return shipping cost
If customers purchased wrong item or regret,customers need to bear the wrong item return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 20% of the product purchase price will be charged on all returns.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used and are generally issued within 3 business days of receiving all returned items. Depending on which bank the customer belongs to, they may require additional processing time to reflect the refund to your account,you can get refund after about 5-7days.
