Matters needing attention

• The starting current of 12V air conditioner shall reach 75A. Before purchasing, please confirm whether the battery meets the requirements.
• Before adding refrigerant, vacuum treatment (15-20 minutes) is required, and then add refrigerant.
• There is no refrigerant inside the air conditioner, so R134a/400g should be added.

Installation steps

1. Clean up the sunroof: Clean up around the sunroof and stick sponge glue. It is best to apply waterproof glue around the sponge glue to better prevent rainwater from entering the room.
2. Install the air conditioner: Put the air conditioner on the roof, leaving the power cord outside.
3. Mounting screws: Fix the long screws to the four screw holes on the bottom of the air conditioner, and fix them well.
4. Paste the sponge glue: Paste the sponge in the middle of the bottom of the air conditioner.
5. Install the fixing rod: Install the fixing rod on the screw and screw it well. The fixing rod can be installed in two directions, depending on the size of the sunroof.
6. Install the panel: insert the panel plug and the bottom plug of the air conditioner into each other, and then fix the panel.
7. Vacuum, add refrigerant: must be evacuated for 15-20 minutes, and then add 400g of R134a refrigerant.
8. Connecting the power cord: Connect the power cord to the positive and negative poles of the battery, making sure not to connect them incorrectly. Red positive +, black negative -. 12V battery, the current needs 75A.
